I find when I menu plan, the whole week runs a bit smoother. If anything on my menu sounds good to you, let me know and I will send you the recipe. Most of the meals below are usually served with fruit and/or a side vegetable. Have a great week!

Lunches

  • Pasta
  • Pesto and Mozzarella Sandwiches
  • PBJ
  • Tuna Salad
  • Home-made Yogurt

Snacks

  • Fruit Smoothies
  • Crackers and Cheese
  • Yogurt Drink
  • Fruit and Cheese

Dinners

  • Chicken Spaghetti with Salad
  • Thai Style Chicken Soup with Rice
  • Salmon Terriyaki with Rice
  • Pastas Pomodoro with Vegetarian Sausages
  • Vegetarian Spring Rolls with Fried Rice or Fried Noodles
  • Chipotle Style Burritos
