Menu Plan Monday

 

 

After eight months in Bangkok, Thailand I am finally starting to plan my menu again.  Although one obstacle is the grocery store not having the groceries I need and I need to change my menu on the spot.  If anything on my menu sounds good to you, let me know and I will send you a recipe.  Most meals below are usually served with fruit and/or a side vegetable.  Have a great week!

Breakfasts

  • Cereal
  • Malt-O-Meal
  • Eggs with toast

Lunches

  • Pasta
  • Pesto and Mozzarella Sandwiches
  • PBJ
  • Tuna Salad
  • Home-made Yogurt

Snacks

  • Fruit Smoothies
  • Crackers and Cheese
  • Yogurt Drink
  • Fruit and Cheese

Dinners

  • Chicken Spaghetti with Salad
  • Thai Style Chicken Soup with Rice
  • Salmon Terriyaki with Rice
  • Pasta Pomodoro with Vegetarian Sausages
  • Vegetarian Spring Rolls with Fried Rice or Fried Noodles
  • Chipotle Style Burritos
